    The solution
    Use the PID algorithm provided by the MD520 drive to accurately control tension and drive the MV31 permanent magnet synchronous motor + gearbox. The motor is used to generate power in reverse direction under torque control. The energy generated by the AC drive during braking is fed back to the grid through the AFE. In this way, more than 95% of the regenerative energy can be recycled to save energy when the AFE effective braking notification is met
