MV21 is 40% smaller and 40% lighter than traditional industrial motors. This makes transportation and installation easier while slashing logistics costs and installation space, enhancing equipment competitiveness. The power cable outlet is in the front or end tail and the mounting flange and feet are provided as standard to enable flexible installation.
Energy-Efficient, GB2-Compliant
The entire series complies with the GB2 energy efficiency standards outlined in GB 30253-2013 for permanent magnet synchronous motors. The high-efficiency zone is strategically optimized to reduce current and save energy. Compared with a GB3 asynchronous motor of equivalent power, the additional investment in this motor is expected to be recouped within 3 to 6 months.
Proved, Aesthetic, Reliable
MV21 offers enhanced safety and reliability thanks to the core servo technology and application expertise derived from application of 5 million MS1 servo motors per year. MV21 has an embedded rotor of high grade magnetic steel with anti-demagnetization design. This minimizes rotor loss and temperature rise under full current, ensuring long-term reliability. The PT1000 thermal protection component and 23-bit encoder are included as standard to meet various application requirements.
