Multifunctional Design · Compact Structure
Integrates the helical motion of a ball screw, axial movement of a spline shaft, and rotary motion of a bearing to enable linear, rotary, and helical motion in a single, highly integrated product.
Low Inertia · High Rigidity
An integrated nut and support bearing design enables high precision in a compact form. The hollow, low-inertia structure delivers high responsiveness while reducing weight and installation space. Both the screw support bearings and spline-side support bearings feature a 45° contact angle, providing equal axial and radial load capacity and high bidirectional rigidity.
High Speed
An extra-large-lead nut recirculation design and reinforced spline raceways enable rapid traverse speeds of up to 2.4 m/s, with noise levels 2 dB lower than conventional products.
Self-Lubricating · Maintenance-Free
An optional self-lubricating block enables up to 10,000 km of operation without relubrication. Its easy installation and removal reduce on-site maintenance frequency and costs while extending equipment service life.
