MD630 Series

The MD630 Series is a global universal digital intelligent AC Drvie with a compact product design. Compared with the previous-generation product under the same configuration, it saves over 30% of electrical cabinet space.
Its control performance and technical specifications have been upgraded, which enhances the production efficiency and yield rate of equipment while resolving EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) interference issues.
Upgrades have been made to the four core nodes (acquisition, storage, calculation, and transmission) for data related to the AC Drive itself and the transmission chain. It supports the collection of core key data and the long-term storage of 30 sets of historical fault data. By combining working condition data, it can predict the service life of core components. Furthermore, data is transmitted to multi-layer control systems via the ALL IN ONE field bus, enabling digital upgrading at the equipment, production line, and workshop levels.
