  • Building a Glocalized Future: Inovance Expands Service Network in Vietnam

    As part of its ongoing commitment to global growth, Inovance   Technology has significantly enhanced its overseas service   capabilities, with notable achievements in Vietnam since 2020.  Through   a comprehensive service system and advanced infrastructure,  Inovance   has strengthened its presence across Southeast Asia,  attracting a   growing base of Vietnamese enterprises and  foreign-invested companies   operating in the region.

    01 Establishing In-House Service Centers and Growing the Local  Team   
    On November 20, 2024, Inovance inaugurated its  first self-built   robot maintenance service center in Bac Ninh,  Vietnam—the company’s   first such facility outside China. This center  will greatly improve   service responsiveness in the Red River Delta  and northern regions,   enabling higher-quality support for 3C mobile  device customers and   robotics users through expanded in-house expertise.

    To better serve local clients, Inovance Vietnam has also been   steadily growing its on-the-ground team. By the end of 2024, the  local   workforce reached 20 professionals, covering full functions  including   marketing, business development, and service support.

    02 Expanding the Service Network Through Strategic  Partnerships   
    Inovance is accelerating service  localization by collaborating   with key local partners in Vietnam.  Alliances with companies including   FNZN, SK, and YH have helped  establish a technical support and   maintenance network that spans  both northern and southern Vietnam.   This network provides  troubleshooting and commissioning services for a   wide range of  products such as robots, frequency converters, servo   drives, textile  machinery, air compressors, and elevators—dramatically   improving  response times and technical support capabilities.

    03 Improving Spare Parts Management for Faster  Service   
    To meet Vietnamese market expectations for  rapid spare parts   availability, Inovance has optimized its spare  parts supply chain. By   refining system management and increasing  parts accuracy, combined   with localized shipping to reduce transit  time, Inovance can now   deploy critical spare parts within 24 hours  across both the Mekong   Delta and Red River Delta regions. This  ensures customers receive   timely support and minimize operational downtime.

    Inovance’s growth in Vietnam reflects the successful implementation   of its “Glocalization” strategy—building local   service networks and developing homegrown technical talent to deliver   efficient industrial automation solutions to a broader range of   enterprises throughout Southeast Asia.

    Looking forward, Inovance will continue to deepen collaboration with   global partners, delivering greener and more efficient products and services.
